DYMO Bid Card Not Printing
Try these troubleshooting steps:
Confirm that the correct bid card is selected in the Check-In From Auto Print Bid Card window.
Confirm the paper size is set to DYMO.
Confirm the printer is installed:
1. Access the Printers & Scanners setting on your Windows computer
2. Confirm that the DYMO LabelWriter is listed among the installed printers
3. If not, ensure any cables are securely connected
4. If necessary, reinstall the printer
Confirm you are using the correct paper size setting for the printer.
1. Access the Printers & Scanners setting on your Windows computer.
2. Select the appropriate printer icon and then click the Manage button.
3. Click the Printing Preferences link.
4. Click the Paper tab.
5. Confirm the paper size is set to 30256.
Ensure you are using a recent version of Auction Flex. Only versions 7.10.04 or higher will print DYMO bid cards.
