Auction Flex Cloud Printer Issues

The first step in solving printer issues is to sign out of the cloud and then sign back in. Don’t simply close the window; instead, go to the program window, click File, and select Sign Out.

Doing this can help with printer issues because sometimes the cloud software does not register every printer available (such as networked computers). Signing out and signing back in forces the software to seek out all available printers.

Cancel the job in the spool. Restart the computer. Sign out of the cloud and then sign back in. If these steps don’t work, restart the computer and sign back into the cloud.

If a customer cannot see their printer as an option when trying to print a document, ask them to close Auction Flex. In the program window, click File and select Printers. This will display a list of printers.

If the printer the customer wishes to use is listed, highlight it, click the Set Default button, and click the Close button. The customer may need to restart the computer before being able to see the printer as an option.

If the printer the customer wishes to use is not listed, click the Add button, and view the list of printers in the Add Printer dialog box. If the printer is listed, select it, and click the Add button. If the printer is not listed, there is likely a network problem.

Another troubleshooting option for problem printers is to reset the printers. In the program window, click File and select Printers. This will display a list of printers. Click the Reset Printers button, sign out and then sign back in. Follow the steps above to add the correct printer as an option.
