A recent HiBid update allows bidders to request shipping for their auction winnings. This option appears during registration if the auctioneer has Shipping Determined by Lot or Shipping Offered on ALL Lots enabled in the Auction Details under Shipping/Buyer Charges Availability.

Once bidders register and select the “Request Shipping” option, it will display “Yes” in the AF360 Dashboard under Registrations and also in the Settlement table. This feature streamlines the shipping process by allowing you to easily identify which bidders have requested shipping, ensuring a smoother post-auction experience for both you and your bidders.
