Lot Clerking Sheet

The Lot Clerking Sheet is similar to the Blank Clerking Sheet, with one key difference: if your auction has been pre-cataloged, this sheet will display the Title and Quantity of each lot. This allows you to provide more detailed information for each item during the auction, streamlining the clerking process for cataloged lots.

Each line item on the Lot Clerking Sheet will display the Lot Number, Title of the lot, and the Quantity available.

As the auction progresses, your clerk can fill in the Unit Price, Extended Price, Winning Bid Card Number, and Quantity Sold for each lot as it is sold. This allows for accurate tracking of sales details during the auction.
