Enable Rounding On Payment Types

The Enable Rounding on Payment Types feature allows you to round a buyer’s total to the nearest nickel or dime, ensuring smoother transaction amounts. This can be set up within the Accounts section of AF360, with all payment types listed under Account 1010 – Money In or Out. By adjusting the settings here, you can control how payments are rounded to simplify settlement processes.

To edit a payment type, click the Edit button located to the right of the payment type you wish to modify. In the settings, you’ll find the Rounding option, where you can choose to round to the nearest nickel or dime. After making your selection, simply click Save to apply your changes.
