Copying settings & Moving Lots

Navigate to your auctions page and click on “Create New Auction.”

Select the ‘Copy Auction’ tab.

Select the auction from the dropdown menu to replicate its settings.

Indicate which settings you want to copy over, then save your changes.

Note: Even when copying settings from a previous auction, it’s crucial to review all of them to ensure accuracy.

Go to your previous auction and use the boxes on the left to select the lots you want to move.

Click on the button labeled ‘# of lots selected,’ then choose ‘Move,’ followed by selecting the destination auction. Finally, save your changes.

Note: AF360 will attempt to utilize the existing lot number if it’s available in the new sale. However, if the number is already in use, the system will automatically renumber it, incrementing off the last original lot in that auction.
