The Outstanding Invoices by Auction report provides a list of all bidders with outstanding balances across auctions.
Each line item includes:
- Bidder’s Name and Contact Information
- Their Bid Card Number
- The Amount Due
At the end of the report, you’ll see a total sum of the Amount Due from all bidders, offering a clear snapshot of unpaid balances.
