Create Your Seller
There are two ways to create sellers in Auction Flex 360 (AF360): either while creating lots or from the Customer Center. This section will cover both methods.
Create Sellers While Entering Lots:
- To create sellers while entering lots, navigate to the Pre Auction section, click on the Lots tab, and then select the “New Lot” button.
- While entering the lot details, click the “New Seller” button to add the seller.
- A new customer page will appear where you can enter the seller’s details. Once you’ve filled out the information, click “Save/Next” to add another seller or “Save/Edit” to finish editing the lot.
Create Sellers from the Customer Center
- To create a seller from the Customer Center, click the “Customers” button at the top of AF360, and then click the “New Customer” button.
- Enter the seller’s information, check the “Seller” box, and then save the new customer record.
