Permanent Bidders
A permanent bid card number in the auction industry is a unique identifier assigned to a bidder that remains consistent across multiple auctions conducted by the same auction company. Rather than receiving a new bid card number for each event, a bidder is assigned one permanent number that they use every time they participate in an auction with that company.

Permanent Bid Cards for Live Bidders
You can now assign permanent bidder numbers to your live auction participants, making it easier for repeat bidders to join your auctions. (Note: This feature does not apply to HiBid bidders, as their numbers are assigned by HiBid and registered to AF360 later.) You can view and manage all permanent bidder numbers directly from the Customer Center, where there’s also a dedicated tab to maintain and update existing permanent bidders. This feature streamlines the process for both you and your loyal bidders, providing a more efficient experience for live auctions.
- You can easily assign a permanent bid card number to new bidders during live check-in. The system will automatically show you the next available bid card number, allowing you to reserve it for the bidder on the spot. This streamlines the process and ensures quick, hassle-free check-ins for both you and your bidders.
- In the check-in area, you can quickly search for and mass check-in all your permanent bidders at once, or easily locate a specific bidder by searching for their individual bid card number. This feature helps streamline the check-in process, saving you time and ensuring a smoother experience for your auction.
