Batch Mark

The Batch Mark tool allows you to maintain Inventory Check Boxes and determines whether an item will be featured as one of your online catalogue thumbnails in a listed area.

1. Choose how you would like to list your particular items:

· Select the Lot# radio button to list by lot number

· Select the Inventory# radio button to list by inventory

2. Choose which options to check, uncheck, or leave unchanged.

Note that Featured is used solely for online auctions completed through Auction Flex. The online auction preview thumbnails will only scroll through those lots that you have marked as Featured; if no lots are marked Featured, thumbnails will be taken from all lots.
