Print A Catalog

Auction Flex allows you to easily print catalogs for your current auctions.

1. On the Easy Navigator screen (or Navigator toolbar), click the Auction Lots & Preview Images button.

2. Use the navigation buttons to chose the desired auction.

3. Click the Print Reports button in the Auction Controls section.

4. In the Report Dialogue window, select a report.

5. Choose the desired range of lot numbers under Filter Settings by separating them with a hyphen. For example, 1-5 would print lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

6. Choose the desired settings in the Auction Catalog Print Options window, and then click the Done button.
