Seller Check-In
Seller Check-In allows you to assign an auction-specific code to a consignor in lieu of using the customer code. To enable Seller Check-In:
1. Click the Maintenance menu and select Settings & Options.
2. Select the Auction tab.
3. Uncheck the Disable Use Seller Check-In Checkbox option.
4. Click the AucSetup (Auction Setup) button on the Auction Flex menu.
5. In the Auction Setup Maintenance window, click the Information button.
6. Check the Use Seller Check-In checkbox.
7. Click the Yes button indicating you want to enable Seller Check-In.
8. Now you must check in the consignor as if they were a buyer. When you assign them a bid card number, you will be asked to assign a seller code, as well. For example:
