Automatic Backup
The Auto Backup feature on the clerking screen allows you to establish automatic backups of your auction at an interval of your choice. Start the Auto Backup before every auction and never again worry about a hard drive crash.
NOTE: The automatic backup location should be a secondary computer or an external drive.
1. On the Easy Navigator screen (or Navigator toolbar), click the Clerk Auction button.
2. Click the Auto Backup button.
3. Choose the location for the backup and the desired interval between backups, and then click the Go button.
4. Minimize the window and proceed with the auction.
