Export Customer List

You can easily export customer lists from Auction Flex, whether you need a complete list of all customers or a specific, customized list. This export feature in the Mailing List Center allows seamless transfer of your customer data to a contact list or other software platform for enhanced outreach and organization.


  1. Start by navigating to the Mailing List Center at the top of Auction Flex.

2. Click the “Add” button to create a new mailing list and give it a unique name.

3. On the left, select “Non-Members,” then click “Add All” to move all customers to the list. Once added, they will appear in the “Members” section, leaving “Non-Members” empty.

4. Finally, click the “Export” button at the bottom left to export the list as an Excel spreadsheet.
