Pausing Your Auction on HiBid
We understand that uncontrollable circumstances, such as local power outages, can sometimes cause an auction to be cancelled or paused at the last minute. HiBid provides you with the ability to pause your auctions during the live catalog process, which takes place within 30 minutes of the auction closing.
Step 1:
Log in to myhibid.com (assuming that isn’t also down)
Step 2:
Click the ‘Pause’ button.
Step 3:
Click on the ‘Ok’ button to pause your auction completely.
NOTE:
When your auction is paused, this is how it will appear to the bidders:
Resume Bidding
To resume bidding, simply click on the green ‘Resume‘ button.
Enter the number of minutes you wish to rewind from the pause time to resume bidding. Then, click ‘Ok.’
